THE "ROAD TO FIGHT" APP AND WEBSITE PROVIDE INTENSE PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS (MUAY THAI, FITNESS). YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING THIS OR ANY OTHER EXERCISE PROGRAM.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK INGREDIENTS FOR ALLERGIES.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU PARTICIPATE IN THESE ACTIVITIES VOLUNTARILY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. LEVEL UP SAMUI LIMITED PARTNERSHIP SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE APPLICATION.

1. OBJECT

These terms govern the use of the Road to Fight mobile application ("The App") published by LEVEL UP SAMUI LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (Thailand) and access to content purchased via the website roadtofight.com.

2. ACCESS TO SERVICES (WEB-TO-APP)

  • 2.1. External Purchase: Full training courses are sold exclusively on the Website via Stripe. The App does not offer any In-App Purchases.

  • 2.2. Freemium Model: Downloading the App is free. Some features (Timer, Trial) are open to everyone.

  • 2.3. Premium Access: Access to "Member" content (Full Programs) is manually unlocked by the administrator after verification of the purchase on the website. The user must use the same email on the App as on the Site.

  • 2.4. Activation Time: Premium account activation may take up to 48 hours after purchase.

3. USER LICENSE (EULA)

  • 3.1. License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the App.

  • 3.2. Intellectual Property: All videos, training plans, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Level Up Samui.

  • 3.3. Prohibitions: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any illegal distribution of our content will result in immediate account suspension without refund and legal action.

  • 3.4. User Conduct & Leaderboard: The App features a competitive Leaderboard. Any behavior contrary to sportsmanship, including but not limited to: hate speech, harassment, or cheating to manipulate scores, will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the account, without refund.

  • 3.5. Offline Content & Downloads: You may download specific video/audio content for offline viewing within the App. These files are securely cached and encrypted on your device. You do not own these files. Attempting to extract, copy, or play these files outside the Road to Fight App is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright.

4. HEALTH DATA

The App allows you to track your weight/height. This data is indicative only. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the entered data.

5. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. European consumers benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence.

6. APPLE APP STORE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

By downloading this application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • This agreement is concluded between you and Level Up Samui only, and not with Apple.

  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

  • Level Up Samui is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof, not Apple.
