PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes how LEVEL UP SAMUI LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (based in Thailand) collects and uses your data via the Road to Fight website and the Road to Fight mobile application.

1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

This policy is established in compliance with the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act - Thailand) and respects the principles of the GDPR (Europe) for our international users.

2. DATA COLLECTION

We limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for the service to function:

A. Identity Data (Site & App)

  • Data: Name, Surname, Email Address.

  • Purpose: Account creation, secure authentication (Firebase Auth), and customer support.

  • Storage: This data may be processed via our management system (Odoo) for billing and via Google Firebase for application access.

B. Physical / Health Data (App only)

  • Data: Weight, Height, Age.

  • Strict Purpose: This data is optional. It is used solely for the user to visualize their own physical progress (weight curve) and to calibrate exercises. It is not used for any medical diagnosis.

  • Confidentiality: This data is private and never shared with advertising third parties.

C. Activity Data & Visibility (Leaderboard)

  • Data: Training history, points, rank.

  • Visibility Control: By default, your Nickname and Score appear in the public Global Leaderboard. You retain full control over this visibility.

  • Opt-Out: You can choose to become invisible at any time by turning OFF the "Public Leaderboard" option in Settings > Privacy & Visibility. When disabled, your profile is hidden from other users, but your progress remains saved privately on your account.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We never sell your data. It is shared only with our essential technical providers:

  • Google Firebase (USA/Global): Secure hosting of the database (Firestore) and authentication (Auth).

  • Stripe (Global): Secure payment processing on the website. We do not have access to your full banking details.

4. SECURITY

The application uses industry-standard security protocols (HTTPS, Firebase encryption) to protect your information. Database access is strictly restricted to the LEVEL UP SAMUI administrative team.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)

You retain full control over your data.

  • Procedure: In the mobile application, go to Settings > Delete Account.

  • Immediate Effect: This action permanently deletes your account, training logs, and physical data from our Firebase database. This action is irreversible.
